4 x 90 sec 5K-pace, break 90 sec marathon-pace
4 x 60 sec 5K-pace, break 60 sec marathon-pace
4 x 30 s 5K-pace, b. 30 s mara-pace
4 x 15 s 5K-pace, b.  15 s mara- pace 

Let’s see how it goes. The Australian marathoner Steve “Mona” Moneghetti does this once or twice a week.

Wow, so many people keep following me even though I almost don’t update! I’m very busy with exams right now, I have one in physics and one in math. Plus it’s so hot in Norway right now that I can’t run outside during the day, I have to get up at like 6 AM to run, haha :) Maybe I’ll make a video from my forest run today so you can see my beautiful county:) 

Also I’ve thought about getting more into track running. I know my university has a track squad, I kind of want to start running with them but I’m afraid I’m not fast enough :(

scissorsluv: What do you tell yourself when your tired and you wanna give up?

I don’t really know. I hear my coach’s screaming voice in my head, haha. 

No but really, I tell myself to keep pushing. I tell myself to embrace the pain and I “move” the pain from my body to my mind. I make myself believe that pain is something that only exists in my mind, and that the last 10% is dependent on my mind, not my body. My body has run a marathon, my body can do anything. Whether you give up or not depends on how much willpower you have.
